This Basic direct debit membership gives you access to the Fitness Focus 24hrs per day, 7days per week.
It is for a MINIMUM 6mths and will continue on until you submit your cancellation request with 30days notice in writing.
It allows you to access all the group fitness classes on the Basic timetable, access to the pool during the general use times (see timetable on website) and 1 training program with our trainers to get you moving confidently.
